LLC or S-Corp?

Choosing the right entity is more complicated than you might think. For new businesses, this is an important decision that you shouldn't take lightly. For new businesses, choosing the entity to form usually is a decision between a limited liability company (LLC) or a S Corporation (S-Corp or S Corp). 

The reality is that there is no blanket rule. Each business is different and sometimes an LLC might make more sense than an S-Corp, and vice versa. The best thing to do is to speak to a business attorney that can determine which business entity is best for your needs.
