Which business entity should I use to attract investors?

If you are getting outside investors for your company, whether it be an angel investor or a venture capital firm, more likely than not the investor is going to want to rather invest into a corporation than a limited liability company (LLC). This is not to say that getting an investor is impossible if you have an LLC, you just need to be careful to structure your LLC in a way that will protect your interests and give investors the right avenue for their investment.
